Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. Although the location is lovely and the staff were friendly, the accommodations left a lot to be desired with their condition and lack of proper amenities. I was particularly frustrated with the faulty pool maintenance that went uncommunicated, and the dining options felt overpriced for what we received.
Our stay at Moness Resort was quite disappointing overall. While the property's grounds were lovely and Aberfeldy is a charming town with nice cafes, our cottage was in terrible condition and left a lot to be desired. We felt misled by the room images online, as our cabin was dirty and poorly maintained. The service also fell short, especially when we sought help for our complaints. While it has potential, I wouldn't stay here again.
My stay at Moness Resort was quite disappointing due to various issues. The rooms were not clean, and the service left much to be desired. While the location is lovely and there are some nice amenities, the overall experience was tarnished by maintenance problems and the lack of responsive service. I can't say I'd recommend staying here after what I experienced.
My stay at Moness Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The cottages are spacious and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home away from home. The staff are friendly, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, the dining options were hit or miss, and the spa area felt overcrowded, impacting the overall relaxation I was hoping for.
Our stay was really enjoyable, with cozy and clean accommodations, and the added bonus of being dog-friendly, which made it special for us and our pets. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, enhancing our experience. However, the lack of amenities in some areas, like the cold pool and the noise from the heating system, could use improvement. Overall, it offered good value for a relaxing getaway despite a few minor flaws.
During my stay, I enjoyed the appealing grounds, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the relaxing spa treatments; however, there was a significant issue with the service staff being untrained and not timely. The dining experience had limited children's options, which was a downside. Overall, it's a lovely place for outdoor enthusiasts, but some elements could definitely use improvement.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at the resort. The cottages were clean and offered lovely views, which I appreciated. However, the facilities were quite outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The staff seemed well-intentioned but were not very responsive when I raised concerns about my stay. The dining options were decent, but the service was often slow and could use improvement. Overall, it felt more like a three-star experience than the advertised four stars.
Overall, my stay at Moness was enjoyable with lovely spa treatments and a beautiful location just a short walk from Aberfeldy. However, some cottages need attention as mine had cleanliness issues and lacked decent Wi-Fi. The amenities offered were quite good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a mixed bag with the accommodations, but the value for money is still commendable given the overall experience.
